Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final. Once a digital file has been delivered or accessed, no returns, exchanges, or refunds are permitted.

Physical Products

Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery only if unopened, unused, and in original condition.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

• Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage

Once the returned item is received and inspected, an eligible refund will be issued for the product price only.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the same form of payment originally used at the time of purchase.

For purchases made using Education Savings Account (ESA) or Education Freedom Account (EFA) funds, refunds will be processed in accordance with program guidelines and may be returned directly to the program administrator rather than to the purchaser.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Digital downloads (PDFs or electronic files)

• Opened or used physical products

• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
